Objectives On completion of this subject students should have increased their personal skills, developed their interpersonal skills and enhanced their group skills.

Synopsis This subject emphasises experiential learning processes designed to increase personal awareness and self-knowledge in a systematic way. Topics to be covered may include competencies required of managers, interviewing and communication skills, group working and team-building skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, leadership skills and presentation skills.

Assessment Written (practical work/fieldwork 2500-3000 words): 100%
