Objectives On completion of this subject students should be able to
appreciate alternative business enterprises, namely sole proprietorships,
partnerships, companies and trusts; recognise the laws which apply to such
business entities.
Synopsis Topics include the law relating to sole traders; partnerships;
companies and trusts.
Assessment Assignment (3000-4000 words): 30% + Examination (3 hours,
open-book): 70%
