Taxation and financial planning

Objectives On successful completion of this subject students should be
able to analyse alternative tax structures and transactions so as to maximise
the after tax return to taxpayer.
Synopsis Topics include an introduction to taxation legislation and
legal concepts relevant to income and capital gains, from both domestic and
foreign sources.
Assessment Assignment: 30% + Examination: 70%
