Prerequisites: MAT1722
Synopsis Introduction to simple experimental designs as far as two-way
analysis of variance. Model selection and the testing of model assumptions.
Orthogonal contrasts and multiple comparisons. Randomised blocks and Latin
squares. Computing packages used throughout.
Assessment Three assignments: 30% + Examination (1.5 hours): 70%
