Synopsis This is an off-campus equivalent of JPL1320 and the syllabus is the same as for that subject. It is the second-semester continuation of JPL1350. Subject participation involves the completion of work at home based around a study guide and cassette tapes; submission of weekly written and taped assignments; and attendance at three Saturday workshops during the semester. JPL1360 must be completed successfully in order to proceed to the second-year sequence.
Assessment Mid-semester test (1 hour): 15% + Final examination (hours): 35% + Listening comprehension test: 15% + Speaking test: 10% + Weekly assignments and on-going assessment: 25%
