Synopsis This is an off-campus equivalent of JPL1220 and the syllabus is the same as for that subject. It is designed to continue on from JPL1250. Subject participation involves the completion of work at home; submission of weekly written and taped assignments; and attendance at three Saturday workshops during the semester.
Assessment Mid-semester test (1 hour): 25% + Final examination (2 hours): 30% + Performance/workshop/telephone tutoring: 50% + Speaking test: 10% + Listening comprehension test: 10% + Weekly assignments: 15%
