Interpersonal and socio-cultural communication

Synopsis Interpersonal communication relationship; settings - interpersonal, group, organisational and public; face to face and mediated situations. Group communication: leader role, the individual, impact on motivation, generation of energy. Communication in problem solving and decision making strategies. Cross-cultural communication. Media: forms, content, role and structure.

Assessment Written (4500 words): 100% + Assessment is on a pass/fail basis
