Synopsis The purpose of this subject is to extend students' ability to write and speak German at an advanced level. A thorough knowledge of German grammar is assumed; grammar topics will be discussed as the need arises. Work for the subject will encompass a variety of text and exercise types and will aim to develop proficiency in a range of registers.
Assessment Written (3000 words): 70% + Examination (1.5 hours): 30%
