Graphic design
Objectives On successful completion of this subject students will be
able to plan and complete a personal program of study that demonstrates a high
level of expertise in a chosen facet of graphic design such as publication
design, illustration, photography, advertising design, typography or computer
graphics; demonstrate an understanding of the cultural and business context of
design; demonstrate a maturity in research and graphic design practice that
will enable continued development as a professional designer.
Synopsis This subject is undertaken to complete the full-time Bachelor
of Arts (Graphic Design) (Honours) and involves the planning and completion of
an individual program of research and high quality design.
