Notes
The study of sculpture and spatial practice includes the development of technical skills, and an understanding of the role of sculpture as an historically rich art form and a vehicle of contemporary art practice. As students progress through the sequence of sculpture and spatial practice units, they advance their methods of production and knowledge of sculpture and spatial practice in the context of contemporary visual art.
For the sequence of units required to complete a given course in this area of study, refer to the Handbook entry for the relevant course.
