Filtration. Solution formulation. Practical work designed to reinforce the theory and assist in understanding the principles. Objectives
Students will develop an: - Understanding of the physico-chemical principles, described in the syllabus, which underpins formulation science. - Ability in the areas of undertaking calculations concerned with the physico-chemical properties of chemicals and formulation of liquid products. - Appreciation of the principles involved in the formulation of liquid products, including one and two phase liquid systems.
