This unit aims to develop in students an understanding of the pathophysiology and management of a range of disease states. Students should gain an appreciation of a patient-centred view of health care delivery and the role of the pharmacist in recognising disease and individualising patient management. Students will develop an understanding of how to provide a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service. Objectives
