Gippsland Second semester 2008 (Day) SynopsisThis unit provides an introduction to the lifespan perspective on human development across three domains: physical, social and cognitive. The importance of culture and the sociohistorical context will be acknowledged while exploring phenomena such as prenatal development, aging, attachment, gender role development, and language acquisition.
