Gippsland First semester 2008 (Day) SynopsisThis unit covers the essential elements of developmental psychology and oral and written communication skills including effective listening, body language, professional and therapeutic relationships, anger management and conflict resolution. Using role play in tutorial classes students will explore these skills along with giving and receiving feedback and developing their critical thinking processes.
