City (Melbourne) Trimester 1 2008 (Day) SynopsisThis unit will introduce students to the fundamental principles and concepts of the law of trusts. It will examine the functions and constitution of trusts, trust property and objects and the duties of trustees. ObjectivesOn completion of this unit students will have:
