These developments will be dealt with under general headings such as whose and what activities are controlled by Administrative Law; the reach and depth of judicial review of administrative action; statory restrictions on judicial review; judicial discretaions to decline to review or to award remedy; legal consequences of administrative error; avenues of review and choice of forum; problems in proving administrative error. AssessmentOne research assignment (3,750 words): 50%; One take-home examination (3,750 words): 50%.
