Participants will develop learning outcomes, align content and teaching methodologies with those outcomes, gather feedback, and reflect on their teaching. Participants will demonstrate competence in lecturing, small group teaching, and working with individual students. Face-to-face and mediated approaches to teaching are also examined. Objectives

AssessmentAssessment consists of two assignments and contribution to in class or on line discussions. Assignment one is a reflection oin a set of personally relevant principles of good teaching. Assignment two is a collection of reports and actions resulting from CALT observations and peer reviews. Contact hoursEquivalent of 2 hrs per week (face-to-face and on-line).
