FIT5015 - Advanced programming for multimedia entertainment6 points, SCA Band 2, 0.125 EFTSLPostgraduate Faculty of Information TechnologyOfferedNot offered in 2008 SynopsisThis unit will provide students with an opportunity to enhance their software engineering design and implementation skills by designing and implementing multimedia applications for the entertainment industry, such as game applications. The major topics apply directly to the entertainment applications which include: analysis and design modelling techniques, multimedia programming techniques, commonly used data structures and algorithms and some Artificial Intelligence techniques that can be used to build entertainment applications.
