Topics to be covered include: consumer behaviour with regard to high technology and information products; costs, market structures, and competition in high technology and information product markets; product quality and life circle; switching costs and network effects in consumers' and producers' decision making with regards to innovation and high technology products; economic aspects of intellectual property rights.
