Course description

This course is designed for professionals working in a range of human service and corporate sector organisations who prefer being associated with an organisational qualification rather than an educational one upon graduation.

Course Objectives

The objectives of the Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Leadership are to provide students with the skills necessary to be able to: demonstrate knowledge and understanding of recent research and/or professional developments related to their program of study; engage and interact with students from diverse professional backgrounds; get access to, and use, relevant library information services; complete assignment tasks which demonstrate the ability to engage at an advanced academic level with topics relating to the specific unit being studied.

Course structure

The course consists of 48 points of study. Students will complete four 12-point units:


Candidates who successfully complete the Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Leadership may complete a masters degree by undertaking up to a further two units (including a research core unit).
