Managing change from an organisational perspective. Change theory relating to organisational diagnosis, responses to change, promoting readiness for change; Organisation Development - characteristics of OD, models, role of the OD practitioner, interventions; Organisational transformation - nature and characteristics, models, contingency approaches, strategic diagnosis and capability.
The learning goals associated with this unit are to:
Individual topic paper (max 2000 words): 20%
Individual topic paper (max 2500 words): 30%
Syndicate change management project (5000 words): 50%
