Topics include the preparation and presentation of cases and submissions before industrial relations and other administrative tribunals; negotiation and administration of the collective agreement. Issues dealt with include grievance and disciplinary procedures; unfair dismissals; strategy and tactics in industrial negotiations; management and union rights; drafting the collective agreement.
