Synopsis

The unit provides an introduction to contemporary quality management practice with a focus on customers, business partners and people working within organisational systems. The unit covers quality management theory, quality control systems, continuous improvement, product and process innovation, the management of knowledge for innovation, teamwork systems and organisational
restructuring for innovation and quality management
