Caulfield Second semester 2007 (Day)
Students are encouraged to develop a greater understanding of furniture design and methods of production. Topics cover aspects of ergonomics, production processes in a variety of materials and the aesthetic aspects of furniture. Further sophistication in the demands of users. Studio project work is undertaken involving the development of furniture designs to meet particular technical and cultural requirements.
On successful completion of this unit, students will have an understanding of:
