Synopsis

As for EDF4207. This unit is a continuation of Studio arts A: Contemporary Art A (Education).

Objectives

Upon successful completion of this unit, students should be able to show that they have developed a level of skill to express personal concepts through their chosen medium which would include painting, sculpture, printmaking, textiles and/or digital art; communicate verbally about their chosen medium and its visual outcomes; show that they are capable of incorporating various art processes as a means of visual expression.

Assessment

Practical Folio (2400 words equivalent): 80%; Class presentation (800 words equivalent): 20%
