Clayton Second semester 2007 (Day)
Computer modelling techniques and their application to business-related problems. Principles and practice of modelling business systems as a support for the decision-making activities of executives. Topics include decision making under uncertainty, Monte Carlo simulation, forecasting, inventory control and project management.
Examination: 60%
Assignments: 25%
Practical test: 15%
Students must pass the examination in order to pass the unit.
