Students examine the history of the 20th century on a global scale as the basis for more detailed exploration in second and third-year-level units that look at the issues facing a world moving into the 21st century. Students are able to explore issues such as globalisation, consumerism and refugees through interdisciplinary programs as a way of coming to understand the issues and events that have shaped, and continue to shape, the world. Course structureCourse requirementsStudents are required to complete a three-year major sequence (48 points) in international studies.
