Course description

This course provides a fourth year of study for students wishing to extend their knowledge in the areas of their undergraduate majors in accounting and finance, econometrics, economics, or management.

The course can also be undertaken as a research preliminary qualification. It provides a year of study for students who wish to undertake a higher degree by research, but do not meet the admission requirements.

Credit for prior studies

No credit for work done previously is available in this postgraduate diploma.

Articulation

Students who successfully complete the Postgraduate Diploma in Economics with an average of 70 per cent or above may consider applying for the Master of Philosophy.
