Students gain an understanding of the relationship between people and the natural environment, from the perspectives of both the sciences and social sciences. Students can specialise in the study of the physical characteristics and functioning of the Earth and its environments (physical geography); regional and global patterns of economic, social and political activity (human geography); and human interaction with the natural environment (environmental science and management). Course structureCourse requirementsStudents are required to complete a three-year major sequence (48 points) in geography and environmental science.
