Gippsland School of Information Technology

The Gippsland School of Information Technology (formerly the Graduate School of Computing and Information Technology) serves both the Gippsland region of the state of Victoria and, through the use of off-campus learning and innovative teaching technologies, the wider national and international community.

The school makes extensive use of off-campus teaching modes. In addition, the school in collaboration with off-shore partners in Singapore and Hong Kong delivers courses by partner supported off-campus learning. A number of staff have particular interests in the use of information technology to support teaching and learning, with a focus on techniques appropriate to the distance learning modes.
