Located at the Gippsland campus, the School of Humanities, Communications
and Social Sciences offers postgraduate study towards the degree of Master of
Arts by research and the Doctor of Philosophy in a variety of disciplinary
areas: Australian studies, cognitive science (subject to approval),
communications, history, politics, sociology and women's studies. Mid-year
