Nutrition and dietetics

The Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics provides an in-depth study of the science behind food and its interactions with the human body. It also provides students with practical expertise and knowledge in the exploration of this dynamic and influential area.
The degree provides a strong biomedical science training with intensive practical experience. Graduates will be well equipped to meet a broad range of vocational and academic opportunities and challenges. In addition, the degree provides excellent preparation for entry into a variety of postgraduate areas.
On successful completion of the course, graduates will be eligible for membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia, and be able to apply for Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status.
