Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Information Systems*

Course structure

The course structure of the Bachelor of Information Systems component has changed for 2004. Students who commenced their course prior to 2004 should contact the School of Information Management and Systems for course advice regarding the old structure.

Bachelor of Arts component

The arts component of the course requires the completion of 96 credit points of units made up of the following:
(a) arts discipline major (48 points)
(b) arts discipline minor (24 points)
(c) an additional arts discipline first-year sequence (12 points)

(d) a further 12 points of arts units (12 points).

Bachelor of Information Systems component

The BIS component of the course requires the completion of 108 credit points of core units made up of the following:

First year - 36 points
Second year - 42 points
Third year - 30 points
