Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance)

Course code: 0553 + Caulfield + Administered by the Faculty of Arts

Objectives

Combined arts/business courses enable students to take out both degrees after four years of full-time study.

Entry requirements

Refer to `Entry requirements' under `Arts regulations and definitions' earlier in this section. In addition to achieving a study score of at least 25 in English (any), applicants must also achieve a study score of at least 25 in mathematics (any).

Course structure

Students must complete 204 points, including 96 points from the Faculty of Arts and 108 points from the Faculty of Business and Economics. Students complete all the requirements for the Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance), while completing the following within the Bachelor of Arts component:
(a) arts discipline major (48 points)
(b) arts discipline minor (24 points)
(c) an additional arts discipline first-year sequence (12 points)

(d) a further 12 points in arts units.
