This course is designed to help people understand the conceptual framework of public policy and management in the public sector. It will analyse contemporary major challenges in public policy and public management. The program builds on the core knowledge of the first four units to provide more in-depth knowledge of public policy and management.

Students who successfully complete the Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Management, including successful studies in two masters 5000-level units from the Department of Management, will be able to articulate directly into one of the Department of Management's masters courses. To complete a masters course, students will be required to complete a minimum of four masters 5000-level units.
