General course information

The Graduate Certificate in Human Resources consists of four units normally taken over two semesters of study.
(a) Two core units:

(b) Two elective units chosen from graduate units taught by the Department of Management, other departments in the Faculty of Business and Economics or other faculties of Monash University with course director approval.

Please note that some units may require prior completion of a prerequisite unit.

Articulation

Candidates are able to articulate to the Graduate Diploma in Human Resources. Students wishing to articulate into the Graduate Diploma in Human Resources must select their units in the Graduate Certificate in Human Resources in accordance with the course requirements of the Graduate Diploma in Human Resources.
