Unless otherwise stated in the individual course entry sections of this publication, or previously in the `General faculty information' section, information on entry requirements, assessment, further information and application procedures for graduate courses are standard and are listed below:
Admission is open to non-degree applicants who
have:
(i) at least six years business experience, and
(ii) been either an owner/manager or in a management/supervisor position
or administered expenditure in excess of $500,000 pa for at least three years,
and
(iii) are recommended by their employer or, if self-employed, provide suitable references.
An applicant for admission to candidature must have a pass degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
Applicants require a pass degree from a recognised tertiary institution or an equivalent qualification as determined by the faculty board, or an executive certificate offered by the Faculty of Business and Economics with an average grade of credit or above.

Assessment is by a combination of assignments and final examination for each unit. Generally, a pass is required in the final examination to pass the unit.
