Doctor of Business Administration

Course code: 3186 + Course abbreviation: DBusAdm + Course director: Professor James Sarros + Offered on-campus at Caulfield + Normally completed in six semesters of full- time study or twelve semesters of part-time study.

A candidate for the degree of Doctor of Business Administration will normally have qualified for a masters by coursework degree in any field of business administration with first class honours or second class honours division A, at Monash or an equivalent institution; or a masters by research degree. A candidate will also have completed at least one unit in a quantitative area at either graduate or undergraduate level, plus at least two years professional experience in any field of business administration. All candidates will be required to complete eight units of coursework, write two minor research reports and one major research report.
