The School of Engineering and Science at the Malaysia campus will offer a
limited number of minor and major sequences for the Bachelor of Science course
from 2002. Major sequences may be available in the following fields of study:
applied chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, environmental microbiology,
gene technology, microbiology, tropical ecology, and tropical forest
management. Additional minor and sequences will also be developed in the
future. Students will be able to combine these studies with other approved
sequences offered by other faculties at the Malaysia campus, including units
from Arts, Business and Information Technology.
The list of units for each of these sequences will be provided at enrolment,
