The course provides students with the skills to practise both law and computer science as a professional in either or both areas, and covers the basic and advanced details of knowledge in both areas. Graduates will be able to bring their computing skills to a range of legal applications and their legal skills to the practice of computing and information technology.
An ENTER score sufficient for admission to the LLB degree. VCE English (any) units 3 and 4 with a minimum grade of 25 and Mathematical Methods units 3 and 4 with an average grade of 20.
Credit for previous studies may be given, up to a maximum of two-thirds of the BCS component of the course, or one-half of the LLB component of the course.
Five years of full-time study or 10 years of part-time study.
