The Bachelor of Sport and Outdoor Recreation offers an interdisciplinary
program which focuses specifically on the employment and training needs of
those employed in the expanding sport and outdoor recreation industries. The
course offers sequences of units for students in areas such as business/
management, tourism, environmental science and sports science. Opportunities
also exist for further study.
Applicants must have satisfactorily completed the VCE or its equivalent, including two units of mathematics (any), and have achieved a study score of at least 25 in units 3 and 4 English (any) and a study score of at least 20 in three other VCE studies.
To receive the award of Bachelor of Sport and Outdoor Recreation, a candidate must successfully complete units totalling 144 points.

This course consists of three years of full-time study or equivalent part-time study taken on-campus. The expected number of hours per week for a full-time student is 48.
