The Postgraduate Certificate of Education (TESOL -- International) is
designed for local and international students who wish to gain a qualification
to teach English to speakers of other languages in overseas locations.
To be eligible for admission to the course, applicants must hold either an approved three-year bachelors degree and an approved fourth year of study, or an approved four-year bachelors degree, or have qualifications or experience considered by the faculty board to be equivalent to, or a satisfactory substitute for, the above awards. Applicants must also demonstrate their English proficiency.

The Postgraduate Certificate of Education (TESOL -- International) requires a minimum of at least one semester of full-time study and no more than two years of part-time study. Each of the units is one semester in length. The expected number of hours per week for a part-time student is 24.
