Executive Certificate of Business

Course code: 1822 + Course directors: Dr Julie Wolfram Cox (Caulfield), Mr Richard Winter (Gippsland) + Offered either by off-campus distributed learning from Gippsland, or in-house at an alternative venue as required and administered from Caulfield campus
The course allows employers and individuals the opportunity to select any four units from any of the graduate diploma courses offered by the faculty. Companies that wish to encourage their managers to study in graduate diploma and masters courses can use this course as a useful starting point for those who wish to continue with higher study and as a useful exit point for those requiring specific educational programs. The Executive Certificate of Business will enable employers to select the four units from any of the graduate diploma courses in the Faculty of Business and Economics which are most appropriate for their managers.
The course involves two semesters of part-time study. Normally a student will study two units per semester. Admission requirements, credit for work done previously and progression to further studies are as stated for executive certificates under the heading 'The graduate program'.
