School of Public Policy and Social Work*


General information

The school is the administrative presence of the Faculty of Arts on the Caulfield campus. The school administers all academic programs offered at Caulfield. Its undergraduate programs include the BA, BA (Police Studies), BA (Policy Studies), BA/Business double degrees, BA(Policy Studies)/Information Management and Systems, BA/Information Management and Systems and the Bachelor of Social Work. All courses apart from the BA are exclusive to Caulfield, however students from other campuses are encouraged to undertake subjects offered by the school.

Psychology

Students seeking a professional qualification should enrol in the subjects offered by the Department of Psychology in the Faculty of Science. This program is accredited by the Australian Psychological Society and recognised by the Psychologists Registration Board of Victoria, and provides an avenue to the further training required to practise as a psychologist.

Police studies*

Police studies subjects are available within the specialised Bachelor of Arts (Police Studies) degree on the Caulfield campus, as well as to BA students on the Caulfield and Clayton campuses.
