Graduate studies


Information and advice

Information and advice may be sought from the heads of departments at Caulfield and the Centre for Art and Design at Gippsland in which specialised major areas of study are offered. The annual closing date for Master of Arts, Master of Fine Arts and Master Visual Arts* applications is 31 October of each year. Contact the faculty administrative officer (postgraduate studies) on (03) 9903 1962 for further details. The closing date for graduate diploma applications varies. Contact the relevant department administrative officers for further details.

Graduate courses

Postgradute diploma, graduate diploma and graduate certificate courses are available in ceramics, graphic design, multimedia design, visual communication, metals/jewellery, drawing, painting, printmaking, tapestry and visual arts at Caulfield and Gippsland. Applicants should check the relevant listed course outline below.
Course offerings in any one year depend on staff availability. Studies commenced on the Gippsland campus may be available for completion on the Caulfield campus in 2000. For further information, contact the faculty administrative officer (postgraduate studies) on (03) 9903 1962.
