Graduate law courses offered

The graduate courses presently approved are:
1. Graduate Diploma in Law with specialisations in the areas of:

· banking and finance law
· commercial law
· criminal justice and litigation
· intellectual property
· international and comparative law.

2. Graduate Diploma in Trade Mark Law and Practice.
3. Master of Laws. Students may qualify for this degree in one of three ways:

· by major thesis (70,000 words)
· by coursework (four subjects) and minor thesis (25,000 words)
· by coursework alone (six subjects)
· Specialisations are available in coursework programs in the areas of:
· banking and finance law
· commercial law
· criminal justice and litigation
· intellectual property
· international and comparative law.

4. Doctor of Philosophy.
5. Doctor of Laws.
