The Faculty of Medicine provide facilities for graduate work which can lead to the degree of Master of Science (MSc) part two (offered by the Faculty of Science) or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) by thesis. Nursing also provides facilities for graduate research work which can lead to the research degree of Master of Nursing (MN). The following is a brief summary of the principal areas of research in the Faculty of Medicine.
