Enrolment and re-enrolment

Students should be familiar with enrolment information contained in the Student resource guide. Details are available concerning enrolment, re-enrolment, changes to subject enrolment, examination and other procedures. Set out below is a summary of some of the more important procedures.
At Caulfield, Clayton and Gippsland, first time students who are offered a place in a course will receive in the mail instructions on how to accept the place and enrol. Students should read all the information carefully, attend their designated enrolment area at the correct time and ensure that all steps of enrolment are completed, including receiving a Monash student identity card.
At Caulfield and Clayton, re-enrolling students (those who have attended the university in a previous year and are not enrolling for the first time) are sent information about re-enrolment in late October and are required to re-enrol in December in their intended program for the following year.
