Credit provision and transfer

(i) To other degrees of the faculty

The diplomas enable students to transfer into other courses offered by the faculty, subject to successful completion of appropriate subjects. Such students would need to complete at least a further ninety-six points of subjects to complete a degree program. The level of academic achievement required to gain a transfer to relevant degrees in Australia, as well as the extent of credit for subjects completed, will depend upon the program and major studies undertaken in line with the following transfer options:

(ii) From other degrees of the faculty

Students admitted to a faculty diploma course, who are concurrently studying or have completed an undergraduate degree course of the faculty, may be given credit for some subjects successfully completed therein. Further university policy stipulates that the minimum proportion of study to be undertaken for the completion of the diploma course by enrolled students is 50 per cent by university policy, so at least twenty-four points of additional subjects are required for students admitted to the diploma course.
