Undergraduate diplomas

General

(Subject to Malaysian government approval.)
The diplomas offered by the Faculty of Business and Economics provide an international qualification in a range of business and commerce specialisation in line with undergraduate diplomas recently introduced as award offerings of the university. The diplomas have been designed in conjunction with the faculty's new international undergraduate degree offering, the Bachelor of Business and Commerce. The structure of each diploma course allows an in-depth specialisation in a discipline or area of study of the Faculty and generally corresponds to a major sequence in the degree course. The diplomas provide an opportunity for those without previous tertiary qualifications (but with secondary education at the level of VCE or equivalent), or students concurrently enrolled in undergraduate degree courses, to undertake studies in defined discipline areas. The diplomas may also be of interest to those who are in full-time employment and who wish to undertake a sequence of university studies in an area related to their occupation; such diplomas also allow students to articulate into the faculty's undergraduate degree programs.
